There are various ways to make a booking with Bayside Holidays. You can book your holiday by:
To secure your booking we require a £50 non refundable deposit. This can be made via bank transfer or directly through our website.
Please ensure you put the holiday home or holiday date as reference on the payment.
A £100 returnable bond is required per caravan, this will be returned after departure once the caravan has been cleaned and checked. This will normally be sent back within 24 hours of departure but if for any reason this isn’t possible due to reasons outside of our control (for example internet banking being down) you will be notified and updated with a timescale.
The keysafe code will be sent at check in time on the day of arrival.

Yes linen is provided in all our accommodation and all beds will be made prior to your arrival.
No, that's fine, entry is via a key code system sent prior to your arrival, so you can arrive anytime after your allocated check in time.
It is a 5 minute drive, or approx 30 min walk along the beach or cliffs into Filey. Please see our local area page for more information on what there is in the local area.
Yes we have travel cots, highchairs, and many other items available to hire, the items can be added as part of the checkout process, if you have already booked please contact us and we can add it for you.
Yes parts of the beach are pet friendly all year round, some parts have restrictions at certain times of the year but the beaches in front of the holiday parks are pet friendly and can be used all year round.
Yes you can pay how often you like, we ask if you send a quick text or email to let us know. We just ask that the final balance is made 4 weeks before your holiday. The date the final balance is due is shown on your booking confirmation.
Please let us know as soon as you are aware of the damage.
All holiday homes are self catering, so they will have all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, cups etc that you will need for your stay. All caravans have sufficient duvets and pillows available for you to use, and bedding and towels are provided.
All the caravan parks have WIFI zones and some have WIFI available in the holiday homes. Holiday homes with WIFI will state they have it in the caravan description. We do not charge for wifi and do not guarantee WIFI at any of our properties. We are not responsible if the WIFI isn’t available at any point during your stay.
Our minimum number of nights for all holiday homes is 3 nights.
Check in days are usually Monday, Friday and Saturday.
You can contact us at any time during your stay and we will be happy to help you.
We use a key safe at the property to give you the keys, we text you the number to open it at check in time on the day of arrival.
Both Scarborough and Bridlington have hospitals. The nearest A&E is at Scarborough hospital.
The Funworks pass allows access to some facilities on Haven parks. They are available to purchase from the reception when you arrive.
For bookings more than 4 weeks away we require a £50 deposit to book, the balance and bond is then due 4 weeks before you arrive. For bookings within the next four weeks we require the full payment and bond at the time of booking.
Kittiwake 8 - Signature Lakeside Lodge, Seabirds
Kittiwake 8 is a stunning 2 bed, 4 berth Lodge with wrap around decking and benefits from it’s own parking space. This holiday home is situated on the new seabirds development.

The Lakes D22 - Lakeside Lodge
This stunning lakeside lodge is situated on the Lakes, a lovely quiet area on park and has three bedrooms sleeping a maximum of six guests.
The ABI Beaumont offers a luxurious retreat, with a Shaker style-inspired kitchen, and two bathrooms with invigorating rainfall showers. The well equipped living area has freestanding sofas, built in bluetooth speaker system, and a lovely freestanding electric fire. The Kitchen is well equipped and offers a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and built in cooker, grill, microwave and 5 burner hob. Primrose Field 13 - New 2021 Deluxe
This stunning two bed deluxe is newly sited on Primrose Fields, overlooking the biggest play park on site. It is ideally located for all facilities and benefits from its own parking space and new decking and outdoor seating added for 2022.
This modern and spacious holiday home is gas central heated and has its own WIFI. It can sleep four guests in the bedrooms, or six with the lounge sofa bed. There is ample space in the living area, with a large, comfortable corner sofa and dining area. The kitchen has plenty of storage and is well equipped and the master bedroom benefits from a king size bed and ensuite WC. No pets.
Shearwater 1 - Signature Seaview Lodge
Situated on a large corner plot on the new seabird's development, this stunning 3 bed, 6 berth Seaview lodge benefits from plenty of outdoor space with a front and side decking and its own private parking space. This holiday home has its own personal WiFi and consists of three bedrooms; the master bedroom, two twin bedrooms and the added bonus of two bathrooms, both with showers.
